Order Support

Already placed an order? You can check your confirmation email for tracking details once the order has shipped. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has entered production.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds

Custom Orders

All our pet portrait pillows are custom made. If you have specific design instructions or photo requirements, please email us after placing your order. We’ll work with you to make your design perfect.
